my spirits were sunken so low that I would weep by the hour like a child,

and yet I knew not what I wept for.

Or we think of the psalmist himself who says, why are you cast down, oh, my soul, and why are you in turmoil within me?

And so what I want to talk about with you?

Or we think of Elijah, you know, or we think of Jeremiah on his side.

Yeah.

And a hole, rather, or Ezekiel on his side.

I mean, we have a lot of this in scripture, David and the Psalms.

Yeah, you see where I'm trying to go.

I want to talk about pastoring amid seasons of depression. So not how the pastor

counsels people who are depressed, but what the pastor himself does in seasons of depression.
