Hi, sir. again. I served a mission as a mission leader for three years and I would have to say that my experience brought me closer to Christ than I've ever been and further from the church than I've ever been.

I feel sorry even now for sisters who will be serving because they will not be allowed to use

all of their gifts and talents because leadership is not available to them in equal

parts as it is to the young men. It is a crime because there are so many

talented sisters just like everywhere in the church who are not allowed to use all

of their gifts or develop all of their gifts. I don't

regret going but I would caution people to go carefully and with the

expectation that it is difficult and it is unfair, like life of course, but in the
