It's another rainy morning in Los Angeles, friends. It's Tuesday, one of the days of March.

And because it's rainy and because I'm getting older with every passing moment, for Pete's sake,

when it rains now, I find myself utterly innervated. I have no energy. It's as if the lack of the sun,

basically what I'm saying is I'm a living organism and I'm a bit of a sun worshipper. And I need the

sun to have energy. And when the sun is obscured by rain clouds or fog or mist or any of those

things, I just, my energy is, is very low.

So I wanted to come on here today and make a very special announcement, which is, John,

you're going to have to go absolutely balls to the wall insane on this episode to make up for my lack of energy.

Okay, great.

So, John, you're going to have to dial it up to a thousand percent. The sun is out here.

Well, then you have no excuse. You better rip it and run. I can't see it because there's about four walls between me and the sun. This would be a great place to be if there was a tornado. You're supposed to put as many walls as possible between you. You're talking about your recording closet? Yes. Yeah. Yeah. So this was a test run of our new

dynamic where I don't have any energy and John has all the energy. And I would say that I think,

John, you need to up the energy just a bit. So let's take it again. I don't know if I can do it. Hi, everybody. It's me, David, and I'm old and tired. John, will you please have the energy this week? That's what I sounded like. Yeah. Anyway, the name of the podcast is election profit makers. And despite our energy levels, we're going to give it that we're going to give it 110% today. Like we do every week, we're going to leave it all on the field. So Saturday, I went to

look at a house in a retirement community with my parents. So that's what I did a lot of Saturday.

Oh, hell, yes. That sapped up a lot of my energy, but it was a nice little house. Yeah. And then I came home and I was hanging out with Google Fiber guy for a couple hours.

Then I went to Mike's house and watched the Carolina Duke game.

So, I mean, that was a lot.

And then I got up early Sunday morning and was at a funeral all day.

So it sounds to me like what I'm hearing right now is your excuse for not having
