kind to blame the world around us for every circumstance. And then lots of excuses before that.

weight mistakes I made when I was like eight or nine.

But, you know, it started way back then for sure.

But I think that we start building our moral compass and our food compass very early, whether we are told by others that, like,

it is shameful to eat a certain amount or if we're just sort of born like us, really liking

large amounts of food.

But it can really sort of guide the way our brains work because of many reasons up to and including poor boundaries, making excuses to get away with things that we know we should be better at, but we don't.
