Yeah, you know, we have some general ideas and directions that we're headed in, but sometimes

I kind of freeze up and can't remember what I was going to do.

In case anyone didn't notice, we don't like have a script that we go by. We have notes that

we follow. We do. And one of the, one of the notes that I have, it says time saver.

Time saver. Time saver. And that is something, we did not save a lot of time for the first 40 years

of our lives on the weight loss wagon, as they say. I don't know. But there's a weight loss wagon.

There's a weight loss wagon.

But in the last number of years, since we have had our podcast, we have strived.
