Fresh from the third doctor's appointment.

You got an MRI?

Yeah, I'm excited. I'm going to get an MRI for the first time

of my life. I got some steroids. Yeah, it's just nice to be acknowledged after three visits in a month

of constant pain. I mean, like, my back hurts. It's a real thing. Yeah, it's definitely some kind

of bulged or ruptured disc, so we'll find out. We've had various. We've had so many people have emailed us about chiropractors and chiropractic.

It was very validating because I was like, what if I was harsh and premature with my

assessment of chiropractic as bullshit?

But almost every listener has been like, yeah, I mean, sometimes they can stumble upon

something that helps you, but for the most part, it's not real.

And it can hurt you. Like, one listener

wrote about getting some kind of adjustment and then having permanent neck pain and started

with that adjustment. So like avoid chiropractors, they fuck you up. Or sometimes they don't,

but like they're not going to fix non-back related things with a back adjustment probably.

That's definitely the case. Yeah. We've got uh i i'm still also i my eye keeps getting

drawn to andy's new inversion table which is the most fun i it's also just like i don't have a room

in this apartment for that it can't stay here i can't have that be a centerpiece of my living room
