Now, Chris, I want to start with a little bit of, I don't know if she'd call it messiness, but it has

been of interest to me to see sort of the trajectory of your career because what happened was

I mean the whole world were so blown away by your accomplishment. because what you were

what Amazon and you were able to do,

what you were able to do with Amazon employees

in the middle of this sort of resurgence of human activity across the country.

You were the faith of what was even a broader movement than just what you were able to accomplish at Amazon.

And so I've been watching with a lot of interest as you maintain the sort of independent

stance that I think enabled you to get so many successes at Amazon that

traditional unions have not been able to achieve there and those include not

falling in line with the typical Democratic Party establishment expectations of what someone in your position might be thought to do in the context of an election season.
