Summary

Teenagers begin to see things about our families that children don't yet understand. How should parents handle talking with adolescents about family issues that we don't like to talk about - divorce, addiction, past conflicts and present resentments? Dr. Ken explains why it's a mistake for parents to NEVER talk to adult children about these difficult things in our family's past. But also, when is the right time to stop shielding children from hard truths? Got questions or feedback? We want to hear from you!
