In this episode today, we're going to cover the ultimate guide to sleep.

If you're somebody who maybe you struggle with getting enough sleep,

maybe you struggle with getting good quality sleep, maybe you struggle with like you feel like

you're getting enough sleep, but you still have low energy, you're still fatigued, you still

have some of that brain fog. This podcast hopefully is going to help you today on all of those things and it's actually something

that is near and dear to my heart because I'm I'm currently trying to improve my sleep I'm

currently trying to not just get more sleep but I'm trying to improve the quality of my sleep

I'm trying to be less fatigued during the day, more energy throughout the day, so on and so forth.

And I never really understood this.

Like people would come to me and say like, oh man, like I wish I had more energy during the day.

And for the longest time, I'm somebody who like I usually have very high energy.

And I think for the most part I still do.

But in the past couple months, I'd say I've been hit

with some of this like, man, I'm just like way more exhausted and way more fatigued. And now I'm like,
