You've seen maybe some influencers, say they've gone carnivore and they feel better and

And so in this podcast, transparency, transparently, we're going to talk about what are

the benefits of the carnivore diet, what are are the benefits of the carnivore diet,

what are the drawbacks of the carnivore diet, do I recommend the carnivore diet? Are you

getting all of your nutrients, vitamins, minerals? Is this something, you know, sustainable,

long term, and everything that you want to know but the carnivore diet, I'll try to cover

So first and foremost, just overviewing what is the carnivore diet, what is the premise of the

So first off, it's basically just eating only animal-based products, such as meat, fish, eggs, certain dairy, you know,

things of that nature. You're pretty much trying to exclude all plant-based foods, vegetables,

fruits, grains, nuts, seeds, whatever the case may be. So, and again, you've probably seen

people do this on social media where, like, you know, you see a wooden chopping board and these like over, how do you, is it over easy eggs? I forget which ones they do. I think it's over easy eggs. We're like, the white part is flat and it has like the yolk in the middle. I think that's over easy. But they put these eggs on this fucking chopping board and they just eat steak for breakfast
