In this episode today, we're going to be discussing if you need to eat more calories

And specifically, if you need to eat in what we call a calorie surplus, if you are looking to build muscle.

Because recently, amongst social media, I have been seeing and hearing some chatter about should you be in a calorie surplus, is this just what we
