In this episode, we are going to be talking about how to lock in for 2025 in your fitness goals. And really,

you don't have to wait until 2025. You could do this now. So just letting you know of that.

And I'll touch on that in a second. But also, this is how I think, you know, I personally approach

locking in and really kind of getting my head space right to attack any

sort of big goal that I am looking to attack.

And again, we will talk about fitness.

And, you know, for me personally, I am getting ready to lock in into my calorie deficit into my mini cut. And so for those of you who

might be new here or things of that nature, every year I usually do one to two mini cuts calorie

deficits per year. So quick backstory, I spend most of my year around maybe a slight surplus or around maintenance.

That's where like after, you know, and this is for you too, after you initially lose the weight,

where you're kind of going to hang around is like that maintenance and maybe into a slight

surplus in some areas.

But there will be some periods of times where you do kind of do what we call a

mini cut or you do do a calorie deficit and the reason that I do this is usually

leading up to a vacation that I'm gonna take because I take about like one true

vacation per year I have other like traveling events and things of that nature I
