0:49.8	about her journey where she's, she's thought about, like, joining the clubhouse or just more so getting on a proper
0:56.2	strength training program, getting on a proper nutrition program in general for a very long time.
1:02.1	In fact, over a year, she thought about it.
1:04.6	And when she finally took the leap is when she started to really notice a difference, notice a change.
1:11.1	And now Sonia's been in the clubhouse for over a year and just absolutely crushing it,
1:15.5	whether it's weight loss, whether it's building muscle.
1:18.1	You know, longevity is a big thing for her as well.
