What is going on, guys? Welcome back to another episode of the Eric Roberts Fitness

assistant coaches, coach Jamie, and one of her one-on-one online

coaching clients, Sabrina. And I'm really excited to get Sabrina on the podcast to share her

story because Sabrina is somebody who, as you can see in the title of the podcast, she's been

able to lose 20 pounds through going through menopause, which I know is a big thing for a lot of

ladies out there.

But even beyond that, she's also in the past had some history with like over-restricting with

her diet, doing some very, you know, fad diets, unsustainable diets that led her to have a not-so-healthy

relationship with food. She struggled with consistency for a long period of time.

And she talks about how yet despite all of that, she's been able to overcome all of that and

see great progress now, not only physically with weight loss, but she's being incredibly

consistent with her weight training, getting stronger, seeing herself get stronger in the gym,

on top of the fact that just like mentally, you know, being more confident and being able to

know that she's on the right path and doing something that is going to be sustainable for life,
