0:15.4	In this episode, we speak with our longtime clubhouse member and one of my dear, dear friends, somebody who I love with literally all of my heart.
0:25.3	I could not love this woman anymore.
0:27.9	Yeah, I'm just super grateful.
0:29.9	We speak with our March teammate of the month, Jen Morgan.
0:33.1	And Jen is somebody who, again, I have the utmost respect and the utmost love for.
0:38.5	Jen is in her 50s.
0:40.1	And she had, you know, she had some of the yo-yo dieting going on.
0:43.9	You know, she was kind of overweight.
0:45.2	And she started to kind of lose some weight.
0:47.4	She started to kind of get herself in the right direction.
0:49.8	But she had never really dove into strength training.
0:52.7	She had never really dove into, you know, trying to eat a well-balanced diet.
0:57.0	She had never really learned the importance of calories or protein or things of that nature.
1:02.3	And in her 50s, she started to make a change.
1:06.6	And now she's in the best shape of her life.
1:09.4	And I love, love, love that she did this podcast
1:12.4	because so many people are like,
1:13.9	I'm in my 40s, I'm in my 50s, I'm in my 60s,
1:17.3	can I lose weight, can I be in the best shape of my life?
