Yeah, I'm very excited you could join us this week.

So we're going to talk about the AOC controversy today and the broader

implications that this story has on the left and this whole strategy that many

leftists are still clinging on to that the Democratic Party can be reformed,

despite the fact that the strategy has been an abject failure.

So first, for some context, for people who haven't been following

AOC's recent actions and an interview with the Democratic Socialists of America magazine

Alexandria Acosta Cortez attacked socialist critics of the Biden administration as quote unquote privileged and bad faith actors.

And since this interview dropped, things got even worse.

Last week, AOC tried to say that Biden's cruelty at the border is somehow better

than Trump's cruelty was at the border, despite the fact that Trump caged children and Biden

is still caging children. And then a few days ago, we find out

that it was revealed that AOC transferred grassroots

campaign donations to corporate Democrats
