The time is always now.

Eckhart Tolley and I have spent many hours talking about what it means to live in the now.

He's taught me not to linger on past mistakes, but to learn from them and then let them go.

But in this podcast, Eckhart talks with a live audience about the importance of living in the now.

And I appreciate his sense of humor about it because he jokes that he has a collection of watches

that have been given to him over the years that just say now.

Over the years, many people have sent me now watches.

I have a collection of about 10

with different dials, but some dials at every hour

it says, now, now, now.

And then I have other that you have to press a button and then it says now.

And then another button that gives you the time.

In our kitchen we have a clock that somebody sent.

It doesn't say now, but it shows all the numerals, the numbers have in a pile at the bottom of the clock.

And on the tile it says whatever.

It's easy to forget that it's always now and only now.
