Once upon a time, in a land called Ireland, there lived a girl called Fia.

Fia was just like every other little girl, except there was one very big difference.

She could see ghosts.

All things mystical in fact, banshees included.

The banshees were feared by many.

It was said, if you heard a banshees cry,

it was a warning.

Death was near.

Fear tried not to pay attention to this, not because she was afraid, but because

they followed her everywhere. The ghosts would leave her be for the most part, unless they

needed something. One soldier who was long past wanted fear to dig up a box he had buried and give it to his descendants.

So fear went into the hills and found the box.

It was filled with trinkets and some gold coins.

Don't let the lopercons get it, said the soldier as he pointed to the gold.

Oh, the Leprocons, never seen one of those, said Fia.

Let's hope you don't, nasty little fellas they are.

The soldier warned.

Once Fear had given the box to the soldier's family, he disappeared.

A good deed done, she thought.

Oh yes, the banshees replied.

There were three of them, and they were her constant shadows.
