1:30.5 | And I don't know which one of those three is the best option, but I do think being informed of what's going on around us is an incredibly important part of our responsibility as individuals living in a civilized, hopefully civilized, um, environment |

1:55.0 | stock and step back and look at, um, the memories of the past year past year and and i think we enter this current |
2:04.4 | the current year um as in years past and years to come with with a set of um expectations and plans |
2:14.7 | and uh resolutions uh and lists of wanting more of this and doing less of this and and |
2:23.4 | you know whether it's exercise or reducing alcohol use or kind of quitting smoking exercising more |
2:31.2 | being kinder to our partners um you know it it kind of has this, the New Year's has this, |
2:39.1 | I think, nebulous quality to it, like, okay, it's our chance to kind of reboot like we do |
2:47.6 | with our computers, a fresh start. And that's something that, you know, we do this in a different episode, a lot of, you know, we do with our computers, a fresh start. |
