Good afternoon, everyone. It's Dr. Nagor again. Our next episode of Psychology Unplugged, a very

Merry Christmas to all of our listeners and those have been following us for a long time and

new people who've reached out. It's an interesting time of year because it brings back childhood childhood memories the older we get.

I think Christmas takes on a different meaning

in terms of, you know,

if we obviously

very commercialized society, we step away from the true meaning

of Christmas, which is the birth of Jesus.

But it's also a time, I think, of Thanksgiving and family and the blessings that we are able to

bestow upon our loved ones, whether that's through gifts.

And Christmas was an amazing experience for me. I'm doing this

episode the day after because we had such as a wonderful time with family yesterday. I didn't want to,

Julian, didn't want to haphazily run through it. But it brought back a lot of memories. And I did have

a period of time where I was sad because I would always do Christmas.

I'd send my dad tons of gifts, Amazon or different things.

I'd make notes to my iPhone of things that he wanted.

So I would shower him with gifts throughout the years I'd be living in Massachusetts.

So it was different.

It just felt kind of a more surreal thing.

With grief, that's where it kind of comes and ebbs and flows.

So not a bittersweet Christmas, but I'm grateful for the family that I do have here in Massachusetts,

my amazing wife, Julie, my amazing stepkids,

...
