Jeff Mosher joins us now from the Inside the Birds podcast.

And we talked about it for weeks leading up to the draft.

And you finally see it all kind of start and how it goes and how he's trading out and moving back.

And, you know, at the end of the day, Jeff, did they fill a lot of the needs that they were looking to fill this weekend with the 10 players they got.

Yeah, Mike, you know, Adam and I did a couple of podcasts leading up to the draft where

we really talked about where, we're knowing where the Eagles typically draft and what

they need and knowing that they don't really draft for immediate need.

They draft for future need and building blocks.

Where would they look?

And on almost every position, you could say, man, they really need some depth there.

You know, they lost Isaiah Rogers and Darius Slay. They needed either a starter or depth at

corner. They lost, they traded away C.J. Gardner Johnson and they weren't very deep at safety to

begin with, right?

So you got Sidney Brown and Reed Blanketship, but you needed safety. You need a depth there.

You know, we thought linebacker, inside linebacker especially is an area with Nicopi Dean's injury.

And as I understand it, they're really not, you know, they're hoping he's back by

October that they need bodies there. They move Ben Van Van Sumer and a fullback. They lost to Warren

Burke. So that was an area they needed to address. And there were just so many different positions,

offensive line, right guard, backup center, which they thought they had last year in Dylan McMahon,

who then got claimed by the Rams. you know, there were just a lot

of depth positions, not a lot of starting spots, but depth positions, defensive tackle,

of course, where we thought they needed bodies and they got a lot of bodies there.
