And today we are going to kind of recap day three.

Well, what we're going to do is we're going to break up day three into offense and defense

as I kind of run through the different prospects who the Eagles drafted and kind of what

they're all about, how they fit into the roster complexion this year, and kind of just go from

there.

So we're going to start with offense and defense will be tomorrow.

So in the fifth round, pick 168. The Eagles take a center out of Boston College by the name

of Drew Kendall. I really like this pick. The team attempted to add a reserve center in the

2024 draft that you remember with NC State's Dillon

McMahon, but they lost him when the Rams signed him off the Eagles practice squad.

The lack of a true backup center last season really did surface on multiple occasions.

It forced Landon Dickerson to slide over from left guard to center whenever Cam Juergens came

off the field.

Now, Kendall was 6'4, 308 pounds, and in March, as one source told me, he had a Zoom meeting

with Eagles offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland.

And from what I was able to watch, he displays refined footwork and fluid lateral movements,

At the moment, the backup center job is his to lose because they say, frankly, don't have anybody there.

Trevor Keegan, by the way, the Eagles Guard, who they drafted in the fifth round last year out of Michigan, reped at center at the Senior Bowl last year, but he's never rep there at the pro level,

but that's a player who has that ability as well. In the sixth round, pick 181, the Eagles draft
