Today I have Brent Bowers, who is the founder and CEO of Land Sharks, previously an army officer with over eight years of experience.

He was traveling and spending too

much time away from his family and really felt called to make a shift. And the only way he knew

that he was going to be able to do that was to, you know, have a vehicle and a path for unlocking

financial freedom, which is why you see so many people always look and start with real estate

investing. You guys have heard me say

there's so many different ways that you can make money, build wealth, unlock financial freedom

through real estate investing. And this is just one other example. Brent scaled his land flipping

business, which has allowed him to unlock that financial freedom. He's got a YouTube channel

it. And really, it's his active income as a real estate investor, buying land at a discount,

closing on it, and then either selling it to another end buyer or he does seller financing
