J.C.H. John is on the podcast after I don't even know.

Dude I looked it up. It his podcast 16. No, yeah. That's over 300 episodes. 16. Well, he's back and his life has changed, though similar, different.

No, I really enjoyed talking about this.

I listened a lot because it jogs a lot of memories of

conversations I've had with Ken and how we're building material mill work and

the opportunities that lie in front of us outside of just

hand crafting millwork which I think is a beautiful skill set that I love dearly

and I never want to I never want to give up on though I'm not the one physically building I am more of a support structure I see that you know and as John kind of alludes to there's so many opportunities in this space that

allow a business to thrive and frankly you know you'll hear John talk about how it might even be a more profitable

endeavor so yeah yeah it's a being that that was that long ago.

I don't remember everything from the podcast and there's certain things that I can recall

and seeing him progress through his career at this point you know I guess that

was seven years ago so I think he said he's 49 he was 42 at that point and how much

can change in such a short amount of time and still like what opportunities there are for all of us.

Whether we're wearing a tool belt, not wearing a tool belt, we want a mix of that.

It's cool to see how everyone is maturing, how everyone is

progressing throughout their career and the experience and the wisdom that we can draw just from doing this for

such a long time and then hopping on a podcast and sharing that with everyone.

So I'm excited to get him back on and have you guys listen and for your feedback on this one.
