Summary

On September 11th, 22-year-old Gabby Petito was reported missing by her family after not hearing from her since the end of August. Gabby was on a cross country road trip and vlogging living out of a van with her fiance, Brian Laundrie. It wasn't strange for her to be out of service for small stretches of time, but the silence had gone too long.

After she was reported missing, investigators discovered Brian returned to his Florida family home with the couple's van but without Gabby. Brian and his family immediately hired an attorney and gave no information about Gabby's whereabouts. The couple was last known to be visiting Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming, which is where investigators began their search.

On September 17th, Brian's parents arranged to meet with police - but it wasn't to discuss Gabby. They hadn't seen Brian for 3 days and wanted to report him missing.

The manhunt for Brian began and the search for Gabby continued until her remains were discovered in a remote area of the national park on September 19th. Her death was determined to be a homicide.

Brian remains missing.

It's just absolutely bananas at the moment.

1:06.0	And 92% of people said yes and some said no but some of those people said no message me and said that they didn't mean to say no so it could be even more people who want to hear this episode.

1:59.0	I feel like we need a holiday or vacation or something because it's so tired.
2:03.0	It's just being crazy crazy. It has slowed down a little bit which is I think good timing for us to do this episode but it has definitely been crazy.

2:12.0	I think when they find Brian hopefully soon I think it's going to explode again.
2:18.0	Hopefully soon and every day when I wake up and I look at all my messages I think gosh surely it's going to be found.

2:27.0	So I don't miss it if there's something big and there's there hasn't been one yet so hopefully soon.
2:33.0	I do the same thing when I wake up in the morning especially if I went to bed like a little earlier.

2:42.0	Because we'll always text each other with the bigger cases because you know one of us is sleeping while the other one of us is awake for like half the day.
