So Gay, why don't you talk a little bit about what we're going to be

sharing in this episode and what you're so excited about? And then I've got a series of questions

already prepared for you today. Thanks, Mike. Well, one thing I'm really excited about is that

in working with thousands of different people using these different tools. One thing that I've been

able to really discover that surprised me is that we get dozens, if not hundreds, of opportunities

on a daily hourly basis, basically, opportunities to open up to our genius.

And I've coined a new term, in the big leap, you know, we have this term, the upper limit

problem, and a lot of people call that an OOP, ULP, like OOP, and so an upper-limit problem.
