Mayo I ventured outside of the world of the Happy Hour Podcast this week and joined John

Gruber on the talk show. I just wanted to plug it real quick. We talked about a whole bunch of the

DMA stuff, which we will also talk about in this episode did a little bit of an event

preview of next or two weeks from now.

Yeah, it was a fun conversation.

It was cool to be invited on the talk show.

That's one of the shows where I think we've both been listening to it for so long to be able to be asked to join it was was fun. So that is linked in the show notes if you would like even more of me this week for whatever reason.

September 9th, and Apple is saying, it's glow time.

September 9th is a weird date because it's a Monday instead of a Tuesday.

And I think this is probably because of the presidential debate in the United States, which is on

September 10th, the Tuesday, Mayo?

Do you think that's the case here?

I mean, that's the only motivation

I can see for them not doing it on their usual Tuesday schedule.

So they just want to avoid the mess of the presidential debate and just get ahead of it.

Because usually I would think Apple doesn't really care about what else is happening on a day,

but I guess the presidential debate is different. It is funny though after they announced

September 9th there were headlines I saw flying around about how like Trump was threatening to pull out

or Trump wasn't going to do the debate, they were going to cancel the debate.

I think it's still happening, but that'd be funny if Apple has it on the Monday.
