Good evening. The show begins tonight in Switzerland. The pharmaceutical company Roche announces that it's

devoting, I believe, up to $50 billion to build manufacturing in the U.S. This follows a decision by

Novartis, Eli Lilly, Johnson, and Johnson to bring manufacturing to America. Why? Well, Liz Peek,

my guest and colleague, notes that Switzerland is facing a 39% reciprocal tariff, and it's best to

appease the tariff in equity by building a plant here rather than have that burden on a plant in Switzerland

for the United States. Liz and I then move on to a sad story about Joe Biden making a speech

that was incoherent based on false assumptions and false conclusions,

such as Donald Trump and his lieutenants are looking to rob Social Security.

Whatever that means, it's language that strikes me is unjust and sad from the former president.

Then a conversation with David Diyud and Bill Rajo about Hezbollah.

Last week, there was a taunt that Hezbollah was ready to surrender, give up its fighting,

turn over its weapons.

Well, this week, there's room to believe that Hezbollah is the same old, unacceptable, devil self.

It's smuggling weapons through the Port of Beirut and means to rearm in some fashion.

Iran, then, is part of our discussion, defeated in all directions and facing

ultimatums, perhaps, from the Trump administration about the suspect nuclear weapons program.

To be seen later, however, there are a lot of elements moving around right now, and the negotiation

the next round is Saturday between the Trump administration and

Tehran.

I speak with John Bolton tonight about that, and John has recommendation that the program must

be stopped.

It will either be stopped abruptly, or Iran will dismantle it and allow inspectors to make certain of it.
