Yeah, thanks for having me. So we see things a little pretty similarly.

Part of this is probably because of the training

and upbringing, both in religious upbringing

that's this pretty dogmatic and conservative

with rules and rituals that supersede a lot of the

spirituality even and one of the things I really wanted to get on with you is is to

dive into this whole world of obligation sex because this is something that's been a threat of sex image radio for the 10 years it's been in existence that I've always taken the stance of obligation sex or mercy sex is bad for both

Ultimately, but I wanted to talk with you about let's get into the nuances of it

Because I think it's a blanket statement if we say it's bad and it's awful and never. But it's also one we can't, I can't in good faith say, oh it absolutely should be done you know so I'm

I wanted to know where do you stand on this and then let's kind of talk into the

different avenues that this takes us if when If when you see couples that come to you

and this becomes kind of a thread,
