Yeah, tell us. Let's start off with, you know, what even started you down the journey

to even find out about primal and go in this direction? Let us hear your health journey.

Okay, well, it kind of started at the age of 21.

I'm 26 now. And what happened is I ended up getting kidney stones. And I already kind of knew

about, you know, health and like basically the mainstream, it was kind of coming

into, like, the low fat and stuff like that.

Like, those types of things were starting to come up from my parents.

And, you know, being the teenager that I was, very stubborn and strong-willed, I was kind of like,

yeah, okay, like like you guys do that,

and I'm just going to keep eating, you know, what we've always ate fast food and, you know, all

that stuff. So once I got so far into it and I got kidney stones, I did like 180. I was like,

I needed basically listening at this point because my health is deteriorating.
