Happy Friday friends, welcome to another show of the Happy Hour.

Today we have a great show and it's kind of a follow up from Wednesday.

So on Wednesday, we had Brandon Tarellon and he shared his story about his incarceration

in Sam Quentin in California and how we met and today on the show, his better half, his

other half, I don't know what he'll say, but his wife Lacey is on the show and I had a conversation

with Brandon and Lacey a couple weeks ago in preparation for our interviews and I knew

from the minute Lacey started talking that I was going to want to have a conversation

with her.

Lastly, I want to hear what it was like for Lacey to be married to someone who was incarcerated.

But more than that, Lacey has her own story of trauma.

She endured years of domestic abuse and so I want to give you a little warning if you're

listening to this.

Some of the content may not be suitable for kids.

You might want to listen first if you're in your car and you know a lot of mommas, listen

while they're driving.

None of the content inappropriate, obviously it just might not be age-appropriate.

We do talk about drug abuse and we talk about gun violence.
