Hey friends, welcome to the second episode of the happy hour of

2024. It's January 10th. Listen, over the holidays I saw my friend Emily Pete

Franklin put something on Instagram and it said

January is the new week between Christmas and New Year and what she means is

take the month of January chill if you're a goal, maybe take the month of January to figure it out.

And that gave me so much rest and peace when I read that.

I'm not a massive goal person.

I've never made a word of the year.

Last January, I did dry January and Whole 30.

I didn't make the decision to do that this year.

But all that to say, I'm not massively into this massive goal list.

But, but, but, but, I did read Emily's comment, her little post on

Instagram and think to myself, I want to take the month of January and kind of figure out

what do I want for 2024, what I want it to look like, what I want it to feel like and then in turn what do I need to do to get there

So if that helps you at all I hope that it does I'm taking this month to kind of figure that out as well

And maybe we can talk about it in February what that looks like but anyhow
