Hey friends and welcome to our January Bonus Series. We're calling this Bonus

Series New Year Same You. A lot of times you hear the the new year new you and while I appreciate that and

understand it and I think that there are a lot of new things I want in my year

this year I'm also the same person I was just three days ago and a year ago. Now I don't want you to

misunderstand me. I believe in making big goals. I have a goal. Today you're going to hear

from a Lisa Keaton and one of my goals that I don't know if I say in the show we not but I'll tell you right now is I want to do more strength training.

So it is going to be a new me because I'm going to get stronger in my body.

But I also don't want you to believe that you need to be someone that you're not.

I want you to be the person that God's created you to be whatever that looks like and so

these next couple of episodes are going to be encouraging.

All of them are going to talk about ways that we can change. So I am not

anti-change. I am a, I love to make goals. I love to dream big and do all the things.

I also really want to trust God with where he has me.

So we have a four-part series.
