Hey friends, welcome to May 1st. We are so excited to be in the month of May.

If you've been listening with us over the last few weeks you know that we have been counting down the days to all the things

that we get to celebrate this month.

For starters, Jamie is back on the show this month.

We are so incredibly thankful for the space that you have allowed her to have over the

last three months and we just want to say a huge thank you to all of the guests' hosts who have stepped

into this space

and continued having meaningful conversations.
