1:23.6	Republicans advance bill that would charge abortion as homicide.
1:28.3	Thank Jesus that Louisiana's Republican-led House of Representatives stopped this measure last Thursday.
1:35.3	But this is no time to breathe easy because if Roe v. Wade is overturned, which is likely to happen,
1:43.3	the decision falls onto individual states,
1:46.5	and an estimated 26 states are certain or likely to ban abortion. And even though nationwide polls
1:54.9	show overwhelming support for abortion being legal in the cases of essay or incest.
2:07.6	Republican governor Kevin Stitt signed legislation in Oklahoma that bans abortion unless it is necessary to save the life of the pregnant person.
2:10.8	This law makes no exceptions for cases of essay or incest and is scheduled to go into effect in August.
