into today's conversation with Sarah Ziff. Sarah Ziff is the founder and executive director of the Model Alliance, a nonprofit research,

policy and advocacy organization for fashion workers. Sarah is a native New Yorker and long-time model,

and she received her BA from Columbia University and her MBA from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Sarazif is a truly impressive person because after 15 years in the modeling industry myself,

I noticed so many of the atrocities and injustices, so many ways that people were not treated

with human dignity or human rights or labor rights.

I always thought someone needs to come in here and do something.

And Sarah Ziff is the one that created this organization that aims to really amend all of these situations.
