with having a one-day digital fast. And I want to report that it is again Saturday. And I did not

do a complete fast, but I have reduced my screen time, I'd say, by about

75%. I had a valid reason to get on the screen this morning, and I just didn't want to be too

hyper-dogmatic with myself. But I did well all week in terms of reducing it,

and I have to admit that that one day last week where I did a complete day, where I woke up

and then I went to sleep without any digital activity, it felt like a little bit of like a reset.

And you know, last week I had that transistor radio. Well, this week,

I up my game. You see, I think it was about a year and a half ago, I bought my wife a boombox

with a CD player in it because she had this collection of CDs that she had back when she had her art studio,

which she let go of when she became a mom.

And we turned our basement into a studio,

so she was starting to get down there to make some art.

And I bought this boombox so she could listen to her CDs.

And so this morning I was like fishing around in the attic for something and I found my
