because it's starting to get freaky, isn't it?

And I read somewhere that we are currently in a retrograde astrological configuration.

And I don't know a lot about astrology, but it certainly feels like

that to me. All this stuff is coming back round again. If you were here last week,

I had this pain in my spine. Well, that got better. I took care of that. It passed. But then the pain in my hip came round again out of nowhere, again, for no apparent reason. I was reflecting on this. Earlier this week, I was taking a walk. I go on this trail near my house, goes into forest, and I've been really

wanting to take this time to be in the trees and listening to the wind. And so I was taking my

walk earlier this week. And I was really just trying to tap into how I'm doing and if there's anything that I might do

to help my situation, to help feed myself what I need right now.
