Leaders are accountable not to some closed door board of yes men.

They are accountable to the body.

They are accountable to the folks.

Because this pseudo-accountability structure, come on we love the church, don't we?

And Jesus is the head of the church.

There's only one head.

There's only one senior pastor.

There's only one lead pastor. There's only one lead pastor.

There's only one executive pastor.

There's only one global senior pastor.

You notice how those titles just keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger global senior

pastor? Next thing we're going to see Galaxy Senior Pastor. and bigger and bigger, global senior pastor.

did any of you see these paintings that they found at the Qumran at the Dead Sea Scrolls? Did anybody see these paintings that they released it's really amazing uh because i mean we've had these scrolls for decades and decades but they found
