Her new book is The Other Side of Yet, Finding Light in the Mids of Darkness.

First, what is, just tell us, before we get to the book, just tell us

what is Gabriel's Wings. What, what does it do? Yes, Gabrielle's Wings was created in my daughter's

memory and the focus of the organization is to do for children who look like my daughter.

I lost my daughter when she was seven years old.

So how do we create stand in the gap for children of color in underserved communities

from an educational and cultural standpoint.

And that can look like things like what we call our Gabriel's Corners, which are on three continents currently and offer library resources,

Wi-Fi resources, you know, computer resources. That can look like a partnership we have with the YMCA of Greater Seattle,
