Hello, everybody, and welcome to House of Rugby.

We're going to be pulling together a series of House of Rugby shorts.

No house no tins, nothing is ever short about those two.

Certainly when it comes to chat, just a great guest each week during the lockdown

to help you get through these fairly trying times, hopefully a little more seamlessly.

So we're going to do 20 minutes. No trails, no bells, whistles and jingles,

no monkey business, just a proper catch up, a bit of rugby chat.

And to do that and to kick us off, we have our favourite guest who is returning

for a bit of a catch up off the back of all things Japan 2019.

It is the wonderful South African TV presenter, Elmastro.

First things first, how are you?

I'm well, I'm well, it's weird times, obviously, for all of us in South Africa.

We've just made it through seven days of lockdown.

And I think kind of collectively the feeling is is a little cabin fever.

You know, we're getting a lot of that up here as well.

We've done about 10 days. Actually, I did a week before that as well.

And they are very, very surreal days when I go for my daily walk,

which is all you're allowed up here at the moment.

It's sort of quite apocalyptic in many ways.

Have you sort of, is that sense beginning to creep in in South Africa?
