We go again. Hello, and welcome to yet another edition of House of Rugby,

brought you by Joe together with our very good friends at Guinness,

I'm Alex Payne, joined as always by the great one, Mr James Haskell.

And I'm delighted to say we are on a hell of a run of form at the moment

because we've had some superstar guests in the last few weeks.

And we have potentially trumped all of them this week with none other than the Sheriff.

It is Wales Most Cap Hooker, 77 so far, two more for the Lions,

a one club man, of course, of the Scarlet's.

It is, as we said, the Sheriff of Camar than himself looking incredibly clean-shaven,

if I might say so. Good evening, Mr Ken Owens. What is the frequency, Kenneth? How are you?

I saw two birds, obviously the weather's lovely, which makes this isolation all the better,

but letting the four-year-old round with Clippers in a good idea,

because he managed to scout me out on a bit of fun.

We were cutting his way and he managed to scout me,

so I've had to take it down to the bone and then the Clippers broke,

so I had to go clean-shaven for the first time in about 10 years as well.

So it's good fun, but not the idea sadly, after all.

I thought it was just standard.

You wanted to dress up as you were appearing on this enormous podcast at his house of rugby.

You were actually about 15 years younger.
