0:11.5	Let's see Forbes Advisory Survey.
0:14.4	So here's what's interesting,
0:16.1	less than three seconds, four percent,
0:18.3	less than three to six seconds,
0:19.8	29 percent, seven to 10 seconds,
0:22.3	38 percent, more than 11 seconds, 24 percent.
0:26.7	So in essence, the way you need to look at this data is if your site takes longer than 11
0:32.4	seconds to load,
0:33.7	you'll only retain 24% of the people.
0:37.8	If your, yeah, if your site takes 11 seconds
0:41.5	or longer to load,
0:42.8	yeah, you end up losing 90 something percent of the people.
0:46.2	If you're less than three seconds,
0:47.9	you'll keep 96 percent of the people.
0:50.0	So speed does matter.
