Today I'm gonna be talking briefly about how many days a week

I have to train to maintain my physique.

So back in the day, not that long ago,

but a few years back when I was really hardcore

I would go to the gym five, six days a week,

And then the sixth day would be a weak body part.

realized sometimes not necessarily in terms of accruing the muscle to begin with but as far as retention

once you already have it less can be more so the difference between me training six days a week with that exact same split versus now

nothing changes. And I've tested this out multiple times just to see if there was going to be a big
