0:44.7	Happy to be here. This is going to be a lot of fun, Roberto. First of all, just tell the listeners out
0:48.5	there, how old are you? 24. 24 years old. So you're buying, you're investing, buying whole life policies, getting to commercial real estate.
0:57.6	How did you get attracted to investing in yourself, number one, and investing in assets?
1:02.7	Well, investing first began on a deployment.
1:06.4	I was on a sub.
1:07.4	It was supposed to be for about 14 days and about 45 days into that really short trip
1:12.7	I wasn't a big reader but I decided that I had to read a book because I had nothing else to do
1:18.2	and rich dad poor dad fell out like the the holy Bible from the library locker and it made me
1:23.6	realize that that was the way how to make a lot more money. It was actually a little bit
1:27.5	of a competitive vibe because my girlfriend, she's a construction engineer and was making a
1:32.9	lot of money at that time too. And being in the Navy, it's not like we don't make a lot of money,
1:37.4	but this is a way for me to be able to be the breadwinner rather than not. So that's essentially
1:42.7	what inspired it. Wow.
