why did you jump in the multifamily you know um i worked a w2 job i was this technical sales guy

for probably 20 years you know and just and just kind of, I don't know,

I caught the bug, the flipping bug early and just kind of dabbled in it, you know, just

and it was always grinding and out, you know, weekends, nights, doing my own work, you know,

and then at some point I just, I don't know if I got fired from a job or what it

was. I just, I got, I got a bug. I was like, you know, there's got to be something better. There's
