1:03.0	why did you jump in the multifamily you know um i worked a w2 job i was this technical sales guy
1:09.6	for probably 20 years you know and just and just kind of, I don't know,
1:14.8	I caught the bug, the flipping bug early and just kind of dabbled in it, you know, just
1:18.4	and it was always grinding and out, you know, weekends, nights, doing my own work, you know,
1:26.2	and then at some point I just, I don't know if I got fired from a job or what it
1:31.4	was. I just, I got, I got a bug. I was like, you know, there's got to be something better. There's
1:36.8	got to be something different. And I had heard good things about real estate and that, that space
1:42.3	wasn't really, you know, targeted on multifamily yet so i started
1:48.3	just getting a little more serious burn some properties you know stuff like that fast forward
1:53.7	get fired from another job and i'm just like you know this is i got to go faster like you know
