First off this is like a huge testimony to astrorophipping. I didn't have a blueprint. I was trusting in just another person and

everyone's busy. So if you don't have modules to follow if you don't have a blueprint a roadmap

Checklists if you don't know what you're supposed to do every single day. Yeah, how do you track anything? Yeah

So I was juggling being a realtor and trying to keep that

business going to then fund what I only knew as direct-to-seller acquisitions

which was skip tracing, paying for VA's building out systems and whatnot.

And so I tried that slightly, didn't want to spend too much money,

and then when I learned what the astro-flipping model was, I did that.

The micro-flipping deals were very difficult for me.

That was the being in the middle of the acquisition disposition wholesaler.

Yeah.

Too much lies, too much games, there was way too much going on.

So I tried going back direct to seller again.

So unfortunately in the story I failed twice.

Once without a blueprint and then once with a blueprint

just trying too many different strategies.
