Oh my gosh, the secret to happiness.

Oh, I've been looking for this for years.

Oh, I found it in a book.

Come on, guys.

What's going on here?

Why is it that on Amazon, there's hundreds of books on how to be happy? Do we really

think that in a book by the end of it, we're going to get to some orgasmic state or just like,

oh gosh, I'm happy. And it's just like this permanent orgasm that never ends. And the funniest

part about all these books is that you look at the one star reviews and there's like, I'm still not happy after reading this book.

And I mean, what was that person thinking that you were going to finish the book and all

of a sudden you're in this permanent state, this orgasmic state of happiness and bliss and

joy.

There's no problems.

And it's just, and then I looked even deeper. and I was like, what's the definition of happiness?

I mean, right now, I'm asking you, what's your definition of happiness?

I mean, put it in the comments, and we'll start to see that a lot of people don't really know.

And they often confuse happiness with pleasure.

And I want to break some traditional beliefs

around happiness that really get people lost and really prevents them from living the life they

want and it makes them feel like they're always lacking when we look at the definition of

happiness oxford says happiness is a state of being happy okay okay wait what? Anytime that you have to use the word or a variation

of the word to define the word, then I don't think you really know what it means. So then that
