Hey friends, thanks for tuning into another episode of Tory Daily with where each episode

is short, sweet, and the perfect thing to enjoy in the morning just like your coffee.

I'm not sure about you, but lately I've been feeling a storm brewing inside of me.

And not like a storm like a stomach bug, even though I just had one of those two.

But more like an energetic field of chaos.

The best way to describe it is like somebody snipped a cord inside of my spirit and there

are frayed wires hanging out from each end.

The current running through these wires want to reconnect, but they're just not touching.

I find myself feeling this way every so often.

Whether it's a feeling of burnout, a feeling of disconnection, or maybe it's me just tapping

into the energy of the planet, I don't really know, but something is off.

And I'll typically sit back in this feeling for a few hours, sometimes even a few days.

But when I'm able to step outside of my body and think about it all objectively, I realize

the most important thing I can do is channel all of my energy into thinking about something

positive.

So in this bite-size episode, I'm going to shine light on a different perspective to help

us look at life in a more enjoyable way.

The first thing to remember is everyone is always living in two environments at once,

your external world and your internal one.

When your internal world is off, maybe you're feeling depressed or anxious, then nothing

in the outside world will look beautiful.

No walk on the beach, no cotton candy on the boardwalk, no coffee in Paris, nothing is
