like simultaneously feels like it is gone by so fast and yet so much has happened.

It's just been so wild,

but it just does not feel like it should already be December and the holiday season. And oh my gosh, so I have just

been very much taking time and being like, hey, ground yourself in it is December. Because

sometimes, I don't know about you, but sometimes when I'm like, holy cow, it's already December.

And then I just go back to the busyness and all the things I have to do,

then it feels like I never ground myself in the moment.

And then December is then gone.

And I'm like, wait, I didn't even, I feel like I didn't even like live in December in that moment. So if you're

feeling like, holy cow, I can't believe it's December, I'm right there with you. But take a minute

and ground in just existing at this time right now. Because for me, you know, whether you're
